  • VDB' crashed after rendering.

The issue I'm encountering during V-Ray6 rendering in 3ds Max '24 seems to be related to “corrupted VDBs.” After hanging, it eventually continues rendering without the PhoenixFD Liquid mesh after several minutes. I'm removed the corrupted VDBs files and using the Restore - Backup Interval function to recover them. Seems it working in viewoprt. I rerender again. However, the problem persists for the same frames. How to correct? If so, it might be helpful to investigate further or seek additional troubleshooting step.

    Hello,

Can you send over the scene along with the caches so that we can take a look what is going on? You can send it via support.chaos.com (there is a submit a request button in top right).

    Thanks!
