  • Phoenix simple bubble bath simulation not working

Hi there, I have merged in the looping bubbles example file to my scene and then replaced it with my geometry but I am having no joy getting the foam/bubbles to show. I have read through so much and changed settings but I'm really getting no where. Any help would be really really appreciated as I'm heading towards a deadline for this.
I have attached the simplified max file below on google drive.

    Thanks,

    Troy

Hello. Thank you for sharing your scene. I'm simulating it to investigate the problem now, and I'll get back to you.

I have some missing modifiers on one of the objects used as an emitter. Can you tell me what these are supposed to be, please?

Also, this particular object was hidden. Is it used at all? Do I have to unhide it? Because I simulated 120 frames, and it seems there is nothing else that is producing foam in this scene. The foam particle amount stayed at 0.

hi, it was a clone modifier from Itoo, basically just to array them so there were 10 emitters. I actually got it working late last night. I went back to basics and reset everything and built it up again. Thanks so much for looking into it though!! I have no idea what was wrong in the initial scene though.

It seems like the foam particles are being emitted by simply unhiding the emitter, and they render fine with the particle shader.
