I get faded icons when I right click on an object in 3ds max phoenix

I get the faded menus when i right-click on an object in 3ds max.

it says "missing phxpropertie 'phoenixFd"
"FP_export simscene 'phoenixFd"

and it goes on and on, please how can I get rid of it. i attached an image to how it looks.
