I recently upgraded to V-Ray 7 (hotfix 1). I went back to some older V-ray 6.2 Phoenix scenes which contained liquid and foam to do some tweaks and I noticed that the foam no longer rendered in those scenes though it was clearly present. I created a simple test scene (attached). I've attached several screen shots and the scene itself. Really puzzled what happened. Was it my upgrade? Anyone else having problems rendering foam?

Hi,
Such issue may occur when there is incompatibility between the plugin versions. Have you updated the Phoenix build with a compatible one for V-Ray 7? You can check from the Phoenix menu About option, whether it states Phoenix for V-Ray 6.x or 7.x. Then take the latest Phoenix plugin from the download section of chaos.com web site.
Let me know if this is the case or its a different issue,
