Yup, Motion Velocity multiplier from the right-click properties is exactly what I was going to suggest!

      Thanks,

So should I tweak Motion Velocity Effect instead of Motion Inertia parameter - or both?

Motion Velocity is when an obstacle is moving inside the sim. Motion Inertia is when the sim is moving in the world.

Thanks, it makes sense - a lot of it.

I'm not getting acceptable results. I don't know what I need to do to reduce the Red arrow forces.

In this case the green cylinder is moving, right? Then adjusting its motion velocity effect should help. How about if you set the motion velocity to 0?

                Thanks,

I have set the motion velocity to 0 as suggested, however, it's not enough. This red area should be empty. What would be the way to speed up the falling of the liquid before goes "upside down".

If you make the scene scale smaller - the liquid will move faster. Or you can introduce a Body Force that can pull the liquid towards an object.

                    Thanks,

It's somewhat better, but the liquid is still vanishing as soon as liquid source stops emitting. I don't know what to do to prevent the liquid from vanishing.

How many steps per frame do you have? How about if you raise them to 20 or 30?
