Phoenix FD Can not obtain license

Hi I just installed phoenix FD and tried to simluate one of the sample scenes but when I press start it always gives me an error that the license cannot be obtained. I'm running vray 2.0 sp1 and have the dongle connected. I tried to run the phoenix and vray license server but in both cases I get the same error message.

Hope somebody can help me with that.
