locking computer while simulating crash max

Sooo,

the title pretty much says it all.

I start a fluid simulation. Lock the computer. Log back in and 3dsmax crashed.


Easy workaround, dont lock the computer...:P

But that would be neat if i could lock my computer even if i simulate ovenight.

Is it a known bug? Anyone having this problem too? Searched the forum but saw nothing about it.

i failed to reproduce the problem
if it happens always on your scene, please send it and tell me the max version

Hmm i see.

I think here its 100% reproductible, but i will do more tests and get back to you with more informations.

Btw its max 2010 x64
