Crash Recovery?

sim always crashes at the same frame. When I reload it I change the range to start at the crash point, but it still resims all the frames up to the crash. Is there a way to skip the already simmed frames?

if you export the velocity will be able to restore the sim in any point and perhaps the crash can be avoided. however i'm interested in this crash, may we have the scene?
