  • Light Include/Exclude

    Hey Guys

    I really need the ability to control light interaction between Lights and Phoenix.
    Either via the Include/Exclude tab in the light itself or with the Interaction tab in Phoenix itself.

    eg: I have two Phoenix systems in my scene that I want to light differently.

    This should work - therefore a bug report.

    You can control it right now, by creating two scenes. Load cache and light it up.
    I just can't seem to trust myself
    So what chance does that leave, for anyone else?

      the exclude list is targeted to the simulation, however the exclude list of the light should work but it doesn't.
      the only solution for now is to mix them in post

        Allright I will split up the scenes for now and mix it in post. A version with working include/exclude list for lights would be highly appreciated though.

          Confused as to how the include/exclude list for the sim works, If I select an object to be excluded and change the list to be an include list, that same object is still listed as being included.

            the include/exclude option changes the meaning of the list, not the content. so, when you change it to include, the objects in the list become enabled for interaction, the rest of the scene becomes transparent for the simulation
