well, my idea was to avoid the waiting for nightyl builds, now you can use them directly.
btw, i tested your scene and it renders well. the last week we had some work over the ocean velocity/mb

I installed 2.2 from the nightly build and 3.0.5 of vray and now it works!

I have no idea what you did, but it's made it past 3 previously broken frames so far with no trouble (and i didnt have to re-sim!). thank you
