  • Weird Velocities

    Hey Guys,

I have this really weird problem with alembic caches from maya giving me crazy velocities in Pheonix for 3ds max. For Alembic Exporters I used Crate and Std Maya - both give me the same weird results. Any Ideas what's causing it or how to fix it? (btw it goes away when I disable "animated verts" in the phoenix options - but then I also dont get correct velocities fro the emitting obects)

Another thing that I noticed while troubleshooting was that I can't edit phoenixfd properties for multiple objects (the window just doesn't open) - is that intentional?

It also seems FumeFX doesn't have this problem. No Fire Shootouts there.

Please don't make me use FumeFX!!!

              Hey,

Is this issue also fixed for the 3ds max version? I had similar issues with alembic files and super accelerated velocities but for liquids.
