  • Changing Foam and Splash size after render

Is it possible to change the size of foam and splash after they've been simulated? I did let Phoenix automatically generate the shader (PHXFoam001) for example, and I do see "Size multiplier (PA)" in there. Would changing this value increase the foam size and doesn't require re-simulating?

ALSO, I'm a little confused about the "resimulation" tab that's new under my PhoenixFD001. Do I use this if I've already simulated and just made a few changes to my Dynamics, Liquids, etc.? If so, do I only need to tick "Particle Resimulation" or "Grid Resimulation" Enable buttons?

    Thanks

yes, the size multiplier does exactly this, no resimulation is required.
for example if you need bigger count of the foam/splash particles you would use the particle resimulation option, usually it goes faster than the full simulation, because the liquid is not simulated, it uses the old one, only the foam is simulated.

For more info on resimulation, you might check the help file: http://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/P213M/Resimulation
