  • Ocean motion blur

I'm getting some white fringing around the edges of frame when rendering oceans with motion blur on. I can avoid this with doing mo-blur in post but thought it was worth mentioning.

this is a fairly dramatic camera move but with slower cameras the edging is still there, just more defined.

you can try to shift the frame center. phoenix produces surface that is fit in the camera view, i suppose the motion blur with the default frame position produces shift in both positive and negative directions, the negative directions pull the surface edge inside the visible area and that opens holes near to the end. i suppose (not tested) that the frame offset can resolve this.

You could also use an overscan camera, or maybe Phoenix could have an overscan option?
