    Hi,

Could you please post the exact error message that you got? Also make sure that you have a free license to perform Phoenix simulations.

      Hello,

Also - which version of Phoenix are you using?

I'm using Phoenix 2.2...the message is " could not obtain a license...."
the dongle is on one of my rendernodes, as I said before Vray is picking the license without problems...I checked the license description and it shows one Phoenix license available.

I don't use Phoenix often, I got it in case I have to simulate or create water feature for stills or animations so I don't know exactly when this problem started.

        Thanks

i suppose this is a license service mess, if you install vray after phoenix, it replaces the service and in some cases it's older. can you try to install phoenix after vray and to use its service?
