Latest Nightly and toolbar icons

I installed the latest nightly 26840 under Max 2016, replacing the older nightly from a few months back 26696. This seems to have messed up everything in the Phoenix Toolbar, other than the play pause and stop buttons.

What is the easiest way to fix this? Also, please have a look at the upgrade procedure and see if this can be avoided in the future.

That is all that works in the toolbar anyway, play pause stop. The other icons are being developed I believe.

Hey Joelaff,

Could you be more specific on what the issue is? We've added a bunch of new buttons with placeholder icons. If you have added your own custom buttons to the toolbar, most probably they are gone. 3ds max does not offer any upgrade functionality when new stuff is added to toolbars, so the two options are to delete every item and create it anew, or, as with the V-Ray 3 toolbar - ignore the changes and any new buttons will become visible after you wipe all of your user settings.

Btw, some of the Fast Setup buttons already work, but may still need some adjustment.
