Goodmorning everyone The simulation work very fine, but I have some problem

    1. After the water simulation with PhoenixFD, the pc is very slow and CPU remain engaged (see the picture 1)
I have verified that there are no other active processes.
if I close 3ds max, the use of the CPU back to 0%
    2. In rendering are visible voxels. To eliminate the problem just increase the simulation resolution? (cell size) (see picture 2)
    sorry for my poor language

    Hey,

Regarding the CPU usage during rendering, I'm not really sure what could happen, except if you have Progressive or Interactive rendering and it's still not finished. Are you sure the render is done?

Regarding the voxels in volumetric rendering, this could happen if you have low resolution of if you are looking straight along an axis of the grid - try switching the Sampler to Spherical in the Rendering rollout

    Cheers!

try to disable the preview, since max 2012 the viewport is refreshed constantly and this causes permanent CPU usage.
