  • Crash on 3ds max 2017

    Hello everyone,

I've bought Phoenix FD a week ago and 3ds max 2017 crashes when starting..

I've tried both vray and scanline versions (DEMOs too) and I've reinstalled 3ds max several times with different service packs with no luck.

My config is : i7 3930K / GTX Titan Black / 32 Gb DDR3 / Windows 10 (all my drivers are up to date)

    Thank you in advance !

    Hey,

I see you emailed Support as well, but I'll also write here - try deleting everything in the C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2017 - 64bit\ENU folder. Do you have 3ds max installed in the default location on C:, or is it somewhere else? After the Phoenix installation finishes, if you click on 'more details', are there any errors there, or could you copy and send the information there?

    Cheers!
