We reformatted our harddrive. We updated wibukey software to the latest version when we click a button launch phoenix license server we get an error Application requires Runtime Modules version 5.10 or higher Please advise what to do

Indeed, there is was an issue with the WIBU drivers, but the very latest License server 4.3.1 from a few days ago should now be compatible with the new drivers - https://download.chaosgroup.com/?product=48

Thank you. But for some reason my account only has 3.05.03 version and not version 4.3.1

Hmm, maybe the permissions update is still in progress. Maybe you can drop a mail to Support and see if you can get access to it.
