Extra simulation license on render slave

I just bought a simulation license so my render slave can help out with the simulations. How can I verify that it is active, and working with my host computer?

These backburner/deadlines options... do I need these for anything if I am planning on using distributed rendering through Vray?

You can check your licenses that are in use.

Open a browser and type http://localhost:30304 (where if your license server is not running in your local machine change localhost to the ip address your license server is using).
