Foam Grid Pattern

I have seen to be getting this weird grid pattern in my foam? Is it a motion blur issue?

I think this is famous bug with particles compression (below 10 if me not mistaken).

this is a valid possibility, i should mention that in certain cases it can happen even with compression above 10, the reason is single or group of particles shot away by some reason. i think we had some kind of recognizing such particles, and the positions here show some kind of distortion, so the case may be not the same.
