    Hi,

Can you try with the latest nightly build? If you do not have a permission to nightly builds which are here: https://nightlies.chaosgroup.com/mai...est/2017-05-11

you can write to: support@chaosgroup.com and ask them to give you one. Please, include your user name in the e-mail.

If the problem persist you can send us a scene.

I tried the nightlybuilds 27417 and 27415 for 3ds max 2017. It was crashing at rendertime. 27396 is rendering, but the problem with the denoiser is still there.

Hey, yes - nightlies since 27399 would crash at render time or not load at all. There is problem in the latest V-Ray SDK that Phoenix is built against and we're waiting for it to be resolved. The last Phoenix build that will work with an Official V-Ray is from May 11.

Sorry for the inconvenience, will bump the thread when you can get a latest Phoenix nightly again.

          Hey again,

The compatibility issue is now fixed in today's nightly. Please grab it and check if it works for you.

          Thanks!
