One more problem with Licensing

I've reinstalled my system from win 7 to win 10. After installing clean 3dsmax 2018 and phoenix FD scanline 3.05 I entered into licensing issues as in the screen attached. I reinstalled online license server, entered the correct online licensing data (which helped me recently but not this time) - no luck. What else may be wrong? Also, turned off win 10 uac and firewall, entered the usb license dongle. Still the same error. Any ideas?

Hey,

I am not sure if you need to input any online authorization user/pass if you are using the online licensing. Is the Phoenix license visible in the Manage Phoenix FD Online License Server start menu tool? Do you have any V-Ray licenses as well and if you do, do they work okay? If everything seems alright, it would be better if you post in the Licensing forums, because I'm not sure the license support guys would check here.

I cant go to localhost page - browser says it does not exist. I reinstalled wibu keys, there seems to be no phoenix license server and only vray license server (after installing phoenix 3.0 from website installer files). Are you sure that there is separate exec "Phoenix License server"? The only I see is vray license server, but I dont have vray on my system, its mint 3dsmax and system disk is after format.

Ive reinstalled license server standalone and it started to work. Thanks for such a great plugin...

Sorry about that - this is why I asked you to post in the Licensing forums, because the guys who develop with the license server won't ever know there was such a problem.
