I have and plan to work PF and TP as source for some simulations but I have run into a issue that some one might have a pipeline for.
1. I have a basic PF flow with a particle generating smoke
2. I want to slow the simulation down and upres the grid.
So I set input speed to 0,25
Resimulation
Grid resimulation Enable
Amp. res 1
Wavelet Nice
Use Time bend controls
Slow Down
Then scale the max time by 400% from 1-100 to 1-400.
Here is my problem.
I thought I could run the resim with a disabled PF system since I already had a sim made with wavelet, velocity saved.
But if I run without PF particles I only get a simulation of the very first burst of smoke. As there is no emitter active in the system.
While most animations do get scaled with Max this does not apply to PF. So now I have to go into my PF system and nock every parametar back to 25% of the current value.
Is there a way/tool to scale the values in PF in a non manual way? Or is this my mission to create a script that I can run to set input speed in PhoenixFD and have it save a new scene with all values effected adjusted accordingly?
