latest phoenix for vray 3 failed to initialize with backburner

    i can give positive feedback!
    Downloaded and installed your build and backburner server is starting max normally on all rendernodes, great!
    Did not tested a phoenix scene though, but i assume that was never the problem.

      Thanks a ton! Yes, the issue was with the Phoenix plugin missing the vc++ runtime - you could install it manually or it might have been installed by another software, such as a newer version of 3ds Max, Maya, or another software. I guess this was the reason it worked on a workstation but didn't on a slave - because whatever software brought the vc++ install, was on the workstation but was not needed on the slaves.

      This affects Max 2016 and older. We are going to substitute the builds on the chaosgroup website with updated ones. The latest nightlies should also be working now.
