Tooltips for settings

The descriptions of settings found on PhoenixFD help page should be ported into tooltips right in the spinners in the 3ds Max UI. PhoenixFD contains tons of cryptic settings which are hard to remember, and opening help page all the time is getting a bit old This would be especially useful for Dynamics rollout of the sim grid.
