Bring the tab order in order... :-)

Hey, I have noticed that the tab order seems to be pretty screwed up in pretty much all the dialogs including the command panel dialogs.
It would be cool to just smoothly "tab" through the dialogs.

Indeed, it would be cool and we have it in the issue list already, but so far it's been of those things that would take much more time than the effect it would produce. Adding one more vote to it...
