Utility to lighten up /clean up aur-sequences

Depending on the "Backup interval" or simulation-pauses there happen to be more or fewer 130MB-files between the usual 6MB-files (file sizes are only an example I just stumbled about). It would be nice to have a utility so throw all the unused stuff out of these "monsters" to get a nice and overall small file-sequence.

by design the backup should be disabled setting -1 for the interval. unfortunately the UI does not allow to enter negative values and you can't disable the backup. of course this is already fixed, but until the next update you can access the backup interval in the listener or set it in OnSimulationBegin
