    I do not understand the technology to know if it is acutally possible but in working with fluids so far, which will be my primary use for PFD it seems like if you knew the path your water would take or close enough, in the case of water flowing over or through a specific path, it would be handy if you could draw out a spline and specify a radial volume along the spline for the grid rather than an entire volume around something. Maybe adaptation to maximize the grid along the path to get the most detail with the least memory. Maybe being able to choose geometry for the volume also? Perhaps you could add cross-sections like doing a loft along the spline/path to control volume where needed?
    This is all in the idea of reducing the cells for the sim. Eh Im probably thinking of this wrong anyway.

    such a grid would be very resource consuming and is not worth. i think several cascade conected simulators would be suitable for such situations.
