I think Phoenix should take vray's object settings into account - especially the matte options.
Matte options are crucial when you work in a multi layer pipeline.
Also all the Max Rendering control things should work like cast/receive Shadows, visible to camera, etc.
Or is there another way to use Phoenix as a matte object?
