it's currently in progress, actually only the UI is remaining. hopefully in one week will be ready

PRT Export feature is now available for 3ds Max. Please check the nightlies.
To open the particle export menu, right click onto the phoenix simulator.
Currently all particle channels are exported as floats.

The issue has been fixed.
There is some channel data, that is missing into the exported files(like the velocity channel). I'm currently working on this.
