Open max 2023 and open a scene created in 2021 with the latest Vray 5 hotfix and this message appears.
If I re-open the scene or reset and re-open this message doesn't reappear.

Is it something to worry about? Is there any way to diagnose what hasn't been loaded aside from visually, of course?

Hi, the warning indicates that the scene contains a VRayPluginNodeMtl or VRayPluginNodeTex with unsupported plugin. Such plugins are now removed from the UI, but old scenes should load them as before.
