  • Vray Sky turns black with GPU RTX

Vray Sky turns black under certain conditions when using GPU RTX. Steps to reproduce:
    1. Set renderer to GPU and make sure RTX is used instead of CUDA
    2. Create a vray dome light. Enable "invisible" in the dome light's "options" rollout.
    3. Put a vray sky in both the dome light and the 3ds max environment map slot.
    4. Create a simple grey vray material and put it in vray's material override slot. Set the override exclude mode to "Exclude object IDs". Type 1 in the field on the right.
    5. Create a box in the scene (could be any object really).
    6. start Vray IPR from VFB.
    7. select the box, open Object Properties and in the "Object ID" field type 1. Click "OK" to apply the changes and close the window.
The background should turn black. This does not happen with CUDA and the CPU engine. Attached is also a video capture.
