  • Surface faceting when using SSS with GPU

    I get faceted surfaces when using the SSS feature in VrayMtl with the GPU renderer. Is this a known issue? The CPU engine doesn't exhibit this behavior.

    It will be fixed once the new SSS mode is implemented for V-Ray GPU. You'll get the same thing on CPU with the old "Directional" mode.
    If it was that easy, it would have already been done

        You can try subdividing the meshes.
        If it was that easy, it would have already been done
