The V-Ray 6.10 AppSDK builds are now available for download. If you don’t have access, you can request it here.
Highlights in V-Ray App SDK 6.10 include:
New Plugin Copy functionality
Easily duplicate plugins from one renderer to another. This function supports optional lists that allow you to include or exclude specific plugins, and it also includes pre- and post-create callbacks that can be used to perform additional actions before or after the plugins are copied.
V-Ray Frame Buffer updates
V-Ray’s API now comes with limited functionality global debug shading modes and ‘’Isolate selected’’ mode for Node plugins and Lights, allowing users to identify and fix issues more quickly.
We’ve also added the “Test Resolution” function that lets users quickly test their scene without rendering at full resolution.
Updated V-Ray Profiler
We’ve updated the V-Ray profiler with custom metadata support and the ability to generate HTML files.
… and more! For the full changelog, check out the file included in the V-Ray App SDK package.
