I'm unable to download the file from baidu and I don't understand the language.

We have fixed a similar problem before. What build are you using? Could you try downloading a recent nightly build (after September) and try it again?
The problem is that the progress callback gets flooded with messages and printing them to the console is slow.
We have fixed that flooding, but if you don't want to try a different build, you could implement a timing mechanism in the callback and prevent printing every progress update. This should considerably improve the performance in your case.

p.s. I also have trouble downloading the scene.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue so it's most probably what Dimitar wrote - it was fixed already.
