Hello, which OS you got this message from?
If you are using Linux check if you have this package installed:
ocl-icd-devel (Red Hat based) or ocl-icd-dev (Debian based)
Also, double check the installed version of the NVIDIA drivers from here - https://www.chaos.com/vray-gpu

      Best regards,
      Plamen

        Hello,

        We are using Windows 11.

In the mentioned page, it shows 551.86 as recommended driver.

The driver what we are installed in all systems is 531.41, which works fine.

        Regards,
        Gopi.

i am attaching the complete log details also for your reference.

Also, in one other system, we have Quadro K2100M graphic card. In that system, not able to install driver also, it says, video card not supported error.
I checked in the link below, this card is not supported.

          https://www.nvidia.com/download/driv.../223432/en-us/

          Please suggest.

          Regards,
          Gopi.

Hello, our colleagues from the GPU team confirmed that the reason is the minimal required compute capability 5.2 for V-Ray GPU to work with the nVidia card (5.0 for the Quadro M1200), as listed in https://docs.chaos.com/display/VMAX/System+Requirements
According to the nVidia description https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus, it applies to Quadro M2000 and above.
