How to render in vray becnhamrk with 192 cpu?

Hi,

I would like to know how to render with so many CPUs like we can see in the first ranks of the vray benchmark statistics. The first position uses 192 cpu! Those E7-8890 v4 cpu cost 7300$ each. 1.4 millions dollars of cpu!

How is that possible since we can't use DR in vray benchmark (apart from the fact that the cost is prohibitive)?

Many many results also use 88 cpu. Why 88 and not 86 or 87?

OK!! I'm dumb! I just realized that's the number of threads and not cpu!!! So the first rank must still be a machine with 4 cpus to be able to get 192 threads... So only 30 000$ worth of cpu CHEAP (I guess it's for saving on v-ray licenses, people are so cheap)! I think I heard of those boards that can use 4 cpu with windows server. Any info about that?
