V-ray benchmark doesn't run

It's almost a year that I have been trying to run the benchmark to no avail. It just shows the splash screen then closes without any notification. My system was preview running on Windows 10 now Windows 11, same results. Ryzen 5600x, Ram 64gb ddr4 3200 mhz gpu rtx 3080.

And what version of the benchmark are you trying to run?

Yeah, I follow the CMD

%windir%\SysWOW64\lodctr /r

Same results. I just formatted my pc to a fresh Windows Install, same issue. Vray Benchmark just splash screen and disappears.
