    Thank you!

Thanks to the ChaosGroup team - just as an aside; we couldn't initially install the 64-bit version when the updater was being hosted/run from a Unix-based server. Running the 64-bit SP3 installer directly from the client machine solved this problem.

It's a great release, and still free . I hope you release 2.0 or RT soon, so that we can show our support with more than just words

                    Hey Vlado,
Is there an easy to deploy this to a large number of slave computers? Running 6 installs (max9x32, max2008x32, max2009x32,max9x64, max2008x64, max2009x64), clicking on every NEXT button on a dozen dialogs per install, and doing it on 50 computers is a full day of work. That's several thousand clicks. Are there command line switches that fully automate the install? I'd love to make a batch file that could spawn all of the installers in silent mode.

                    -Ray

BTW, thanks for another update. We love ya!!!

The installation is able to run through the command line only. Please email us to vray@chaosgroup.com for more information.

                      Best regards,
                      Vlado

I have just tried to install vray 1.5 sp3 on a network license. sp2 is already setup on that system and is working fine... do we have to update the license installation on the license machine? and if we do, will sp2 still work?? we just want to test it out on one machine first before rolling it out.

yes you need the SP3 license server.
and yes SP2 will still work fine.

In my mind Chaos Group is the best model for a software company that I have seen. Thanks for the great release.
