I've had many requests for a dedicated tutorial on V-Ray material creation on my website.
While there is quite a bit of theoretical material on the web, I feel that there is not enough practical information.

Finally I have the answer A full hands-on, start-to-finish tutorial showing how to create some of the most common real world materials with V-Ray (including custom texture making in Photoshop).

Congratulations on this! It looks excellent!

However, I don't want to take anything away from you, as you obviously put a lot of effort into this and it looks amazing, but I feel this is seriously something that ChaosGroup should have done YEARS ago! Vlado mentioned they have a library, but just didn't have time to "distribute it" to the rest of us. I'm sure they make enough money and can afford another person to do it for them. Continuous rant of same subject over and over, is now over.
