  • RebusFarm and Vray progessive render - Oh baby !

    hi all

We have a new super cool feature for you !

The first question using a render farm is the same all time:
How much my render will costs ?

That question is no queston anymore because you now can fix the render costs in advance !

Setup your job to use Vray 3 progressive render.
    Setup the render costs.
    Send to Rebusfarm.

No more bad surprices about cost ! Predictable prices ! More accurate client quotes ! Fix budgets !

    Technicaly it work like that:
Setup Vray progressive modo (anti aliasing)
Run Farminizer and setup to render your A0 still image for 10euro or to 100 passes
    Rebus render the image until
    100 passes are completed
    or
    10 euro are spend

for the 2 cases you get in return
your image with 100 passes FOR LESS 10 EURO)
    or
your image with less passes FOR 10 euro

what ever Rebus completed first stops the render - either passes or euro

What if my render completed just 25 samples and image is too grainy ?
No matter at all :- )
you can RESUME! your render and add more samples to your image with one click in our Controll center

Predictable costs and resume render ? A dreams comes true

I did lot of testings and hopefully found all bug.
if you have oddities let support know or via posting here

Hey Andre...not to highjack the thread or anything, but thanks for getting up at 2:30 in the morning to help me last week.

After we got the gremlins out, your farm worked well, was reasonably priced, and I appreciate it very much.

We saved a couple of jobs around here, and a very large mall will get built, greatly adding to the local economy.

I won't hesitate to use Rebus Farm again...

          Thanks again,

          -Alan

            Resuming, no way!
Vlado, when will this be available to "the others"?
            Can't wait!
