Hi all,
Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something. I'm trying to render a side by side stereo EXR sequence while also cropping the top 10% of the image.
Current setup is a VRay cam & stereo helper. 'Adjust resolution' is checked in the stereo helper and I'm defining the render resolution for one eye in the render settings, which also has the camera type set to spherical panorama with HFoV = 60, VFoV = 100.
For technical reasons I need to render VFoV at 100, but then crop the top 10% of the image to give a VFoV of 90 degrees, which gives a pre-crop render resolution of 720x1422 per eye.
If I use Render Crop to define the bottom 9/10 of the frame only one eye gets rendered in the VFB, with a resolution of 720x1280.
Strangely, if I use Render Region, the image in the VFB shows the full side by side resolution (1440x1422) but again only one eye is rendered (the left eye)
I've not found a way of cropping the EXR sequence outside of max as, due to additional render layers, Photoshop complains when trying to re-save the images in a batch process.
Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jon
