What image should I render too to save to Camera RAW out of Vray. And what Bit 16 or 32?

Photoshop can open .exr files, which is probably the most clean and flexible format to use, unless you need something specific that can only be done with camera RAW files. If that's the case, I believe you can open .exr files in Photoshop, then save as camera raw. 32 bits is higher quality, but also much bigger file size than 16-bit. In my experience, 32-bit is only rarely needed, and usually only when working with normal maps and z-depth passes and that kind of stuff.
