Vray light units - test

I was trying the normalize intensity option and found this info:

Do I understand correctly that when I have my system units as cm, and I want to insert a 75W light bulb, I need to adjust the multiplier as following:

normalize intensity on
multiplier = 75 / (0.01^ 2) = 750000

but that blows out everything

EDIT: even when considering that a lightbulb of 75W only produces about 7.5W of light, still 75000 will blow out the scene
