Timber boarding material

Is it me, or is a decent, large, tileable cedar board material impossible to find and/or create? I seem to have spent the last 7 years using rubbish wood textures that really let down an image. Bricks were solved a few years ago by finding the ACME brick designer software with which you can acjieve pretty good results. But timber...what a nightmare!

Does anyone have any links to a descent supply of large timber materials? I'm talking the kind of stuff that you could clad a large building wall with without horrible repeating patterns.

They look sharp - I've been considering them myself. Are they as good as they sound? (large enough so as to not have noticeable tiling, etc...)

version 6 is great .. i use it all the time and the high res textures are spot on.

Also Richard Rosenman's Photoshop plugin "Tiler" works pretty well for maps that dont need alot of work, and its free http://www.richardrosenman.com/photoshop.htm

Thanks for the tip, but I don't seem to be able to preview the included maps - I don't really want to make a purchase if it doesn't include the type of timber maps I am after. I can do bricks/tiles etc quite easily already.

we have 6 12 and 13, all very good. They are great for room sized textures, but with really big areas then you need to mix map variations.
on a side not suurland has a free wood texture on his site for floors.
