  • split scanlines and vray-framebuffer

    sorry, but i cant find any information, that spit canline doesn´t work so please does anybody have any help?

    rendering stripes -to me- seems to be much more stable than dr (never press escape...), but when using split scanlines with backburner the size of the stripes isnt correct, i have three situations:

    -using max-framebuffer:
    stripes are higher than they should for example 56pixel height instead of 32 pixel, leading to the problem that ther is far more imagsize to be rendered than necessary - but it works......

    -using vray-framebuffer with complete-output-resolution (1024x76
    every stripe is rendered with 1024x768, the content is scaled in every stripe, causes massive rendertimes (each stripe renders with 768px!) but works.....

    -using vray-framebuffer with stripe-output-resolution (768px/8Stripes means 96px each stripe):
    redering has blinds, the upper border of the image starts at the original imagecenter and the rest of the image drops to the ground (lots of grass, no skie....)

    does anybody have any idea?

    ha, there is another nice one...

    when disabling max AND vray-framebuffer:
    rendering an 2592x1944 still
    split scanline-define: 8 Stripes @ 243px, no overlap
    result:
    rendering 8 Stripes @ 259px -> 2072px
    resulting image is 2592x1944 and correct

    ?
