  • Export 3D PDF or Similar

A local planning department is requiring 3D PDF of proposed architectural projects showing materials and etc. Can anyone recommend a good solution for providing this or maybe a cloud based link to 3D model versus PDF. The viewer needs to be able to rotate around the model with mouse and/or on a touch pad/screen/ipad?

I use Max 2019 and Vray next and I'm looking for the solution that would provide the best viewing quality. Going all the way to a VR solution like Unreal or using Occulus or game type stuff is not required. Currently they get 3D PDF apparently generated form Revit and Bluebeam.
thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for your reply. I have Acrobat Pro. The problem is getting a 3D model with materials on it into Acrobat Pro

I am lost in the woods with this. I have spent considerable time looking/searching internet for options. I'm not seeing that Acrobat Pro can import 3D model with textures applied. It appears it can import .3ds and .obj but no textures applied, solid shaded only. I think lighting/shadows not a required feature, surrounding/distant view/environment not required. But at least plain texture maps need to show up.

I've looked at all kinds of stuff and this is making my head hurt. Anyone with experience with this that has any suggestions would be a great help
