  • Vray Standalone how to save png image with gamma 1.0

    Hi,
    Im using 3ds max to export .vrscene and to render them using vray standalone.
    The renders have gamma applied to them but I want them to be saved without the gamma.
    In 3ds max the gamma is set to 1.0.
    These are the commands for the command line:
    AutocloseVFB=True
    DisplaySRGB=Off
    DisplayVFB=True

    Is there some other setting or property that controls this?

    So it seems that there is a property display_srgb=1 on the SettingsVFB settingsVFB object which overrides the command line command.

      Just curious why use linear .png and not something like .exr that is made for it?

        Its some legacy production thing, hopefully it will be changed in the future.
