  • Vray Tiles map issue!!

    I'm having difficulties trying to achieve a blend between an existing stone texture albedo and the tiles map generator thats included in 3DS MAX. I've used a Vray material blend node to combine the tiles as well as the bitmap together but I'm not seeing the desired results on the viewport. I've used a colour correction on the existing tiles node to create an alpha for the blend slot. Does anyone know of an easier solution for this or am I doing it wrong?

    3ds Max viewport shaders do not support passing sub-material as shaders starting with 3ds max 2015, so you are not doing anything wrong, it's just a Max limitation.
    If it was that easy, it would have already been done
