Vraycolor Map and gamma correction

Can anyone clear something up for me? If I'm using the VrayColor map for diffuse colors of Vray materials in a scene with gamma gamma of 2.2 and 'Affect Colour Selectors' and 'Affect Material Editor' ticked, should I be using a 'Color Gamma' value of 1 or 2.2 in the map in the following circumstances

Color values picked from an image displayed in a Chrome window
